Operations at The Lauren Ashley Team

This page is for professionals who thrive behind the scenes and take pride in how a business runs.

At The Lauren Ashley Team, operations is not an afterthought. It is the backbone of how our agents serve clients and how our organization scales. If you care about details, timelines, and doing things the right way, you will feel at home here.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the intersection of execution and growth.

As a Transaction Coordinator at The Lauren Ashley Team, you’ll own the contract-to-close process for a roster of producing agents, ensuring every file is compliant, timelines stay tight, and communication stays proactive. You’re not reacting to problems. You’re preventing them.

You’ll work inside established systems and workflows designed to scale, collaborating closely with agents, lenders, and title partners to keep transactions moving cleanly from start to finish. Precision, consistency, and follow-through aren’t “nice to have” here. They’re the standard.

This position is built for someone who wants more than task-based work. It’s for someone who wants visibility into how a high-performing real estate operation actually runs and the opportunity to grow inside it.

Why This Role Exists

Our agent roster and transaction volume continue to grow. This role ensures our operations platform grows alongside it, protecting the client experience, agent performance, and team standards as we scale.

How Your Business Runs Here

You don’t just keep deals moving. You protect the standard.

At The Lauren Ashley Team, operations is the backbone of how our agents perform and how our clients experience the process. This role exists to create consistency, clarity, and confidence at every stage of the transaction.

Here’s what that looks like day to day:

Guide Transactions From Contract to Close
You’ll manage timelines, documents, and communication across agents, clients, lenders, and title partners to ensure every file moves forward cleanly and on time.

Maintain Standards, Not Just Checklists
You’ll ensure every transaction meets brokerage, compliance, and team expectations. Details matter here, and you’re the one who makes sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Be the Hub of Communication
You’ll keep all parties informed, aligned, and ahead of potential issues, so problems get solved before they become stress points.

Operate Inside a Scaled System
You’ll work within our CRM, transaction management, and internal platforms to track progress, flag risks, and keep our pipeline accurate and visible.

Support Agent Performance
Your work directly impacts how confidently our agents show up for their clients. When operations runs smoothly, everything else gets better.

This is a non-sales, operations-focused role centered on close collaboration with agents, clients, and the operations team to protect standards and execution from contract to close.

Who We're Looking For

This role is designed for someone who takes pride in being reliable, precise, and steady under pressure.

You might be a great fit if:

You bring real transaction experience
You have at least two years of experience managing residential real estate transactions in Texas and understand the full contract-to-close process, including compliance and documentation standards. You stay current on changing regulations, contract updates, and industry standards and take pride in running clean files that often set the bar for co-op agents across the transaction.

You value structure and consistency
You like working inside defined systems and standards and take ownership of following the process and helping improve it. You think ahead, anticipate what’s coming next, and stay steady when situations get stressful, whether that’s emotional clients, complex negotiations, or unexpected technical issues.

You are detail-driven and proactive
You catch issues before they become problems and follow through until every loose end is tied. You don’t wait to be asked, you look for what’s needed next and move the transaction forward.

You communicate clearly and professionally
You act as the central communication hub for each transaction, coordinating agents, clients, lenders, and title partners. You prioritize proactive outreach and fast, reliable responses across all channels to prevent issues before they escalate.

You are tech-confident and equipped to work digitally
You are comfortable using HAR, Google Drive, DocuSign, and ZipForms as part of your daily workflow. You have a laptop or tablet, a smartphone, reliable high-speed internet access, and the ability to join video meetings. You are open to learning CRM and transaction management platforms like BoldTrail and Sisu, along with team communication and project tools such as Slack and Asana.

You thrive in a collaborative environment
You collaborate with the operations team and agents to uphold consistent standards across every transaction. You are confident providing guidance and clarification when paperwork or process details need attention.

Bonus: You are based in the Houston area
You are available to connect in Spring or The Woodlands for meetings, trainings, and team events when needed.

This is a non-sales role for someone who enjoys building stability, clarity, and consistency inside a growing organization.

Why You'll Love it Here

Operations is respected, not rushed
This team understands that clean execution is what protects relationships, reputations, and results. Your work is seen, valued, and treated as a core part of how the business performs.

You work inside a real platform, not chaos
You’ll step into established systems, clear processes, and defined standards designed to make your job smoother and your impact bigger. This is a place where organization is intentional, not reactive.

You’ll grow with the business
As the team scales, so does the operations platform. There is room to expand your role, contribute to process improvements, and support the next phase of growth.

You’re trusted to do your job well
You’re given clear expectations and the space to operate with confidence. Proactive communication and follow-through build trust here, so leaders and agents always know where things stand.

You’re part of something that’s moving forward
This is a team focused on building for the long term, not just closing the next deal. Stability, consistency, and progress matter here.

At the end of the day, this is a place to build something sustainable, not just successful.
